Freshwater Creek USA, LLC was formed to raise investment capital for the purpose of acquiring a total of three parcels of land in Belize for the purpose of subdividing and improving for eventual sale. Two of the contiguous parcels, consisting of a total of 246.66 acres adjacent to Freshwater Creek, will be subdivided and made available for resale immediately as individual lot parcels. The third parcel, consisting of 200 acres located along the Coast Highway, will be acquired immediately but subdivision will be reserved for a later time after commencement of sale of the subdivided Freshwater Creek Parcels.
